Prohibited meaning
The seal must not imply the professional is best, preferred, outcome-guaranteed, regulator-approved, or appropriate for every person.
Use and renewal
Public use requires an active status, approved display rules, renewal, correction cooperation, and removal when status expires or is revoked.
