Private review release · Paid advertising, verification, ratings, and intake are not active

A proposed LA Global Institute advertising and verification network

Verified professionals. Clear standards. Accountable participation.

LA Trusted Professionals is being designed for paid professional advertisers who enter a defined public-source review. Payment opens the process; only applicants who pass may receive Trusted status, which requires annual review and ongoing accountability.

Review release: no professional is currently presented as LA verified, and public intake is not active.

Transparent by design

Payment begins the review. Evidence determines the status.

Every Trusted profile must disclose the paid advertising relationship and state what was reviewed, when it was reviewed, and what the status does not guarantee.

This private release defines the discovery and verification standard first. No advertiser is yet presented as Trusted, and ratings, complaints, applications, payments, and public intake remain inactive.

Professional categories

One trust framework. Different checks for every field.

The platform can support a broad taxonomy while operational verification rolls out one profession at a time.

How status works

A badge should say exactly what was checked.

No generic seal can safely mean the same thing for an attorney, physician, CPA, architect, or consultant.

1

Paid relationship disclosed

The applicant becomes a paying advertising customer before verification begins; payment never guarantees approval.

2

Identity checked

The person or firm identity is matched to submitted and available public records.

3

Credential checked

Core licenses or certifications are reviewed against the sources appropriate to the category and jurisdiction.

4

Trusted status approved

Only a paying customer that passes the defined review may be presented as Trusted, with scope and limits visible.

5

Status maintained

Trusted status requires annual re-verification, complaint accountability, and a minimum 4.0 out of 5 customer rating.

System supported

From discovery to one organized relationship.

Future LA Connect rooms are intended to keep messages, documents, tasks, deadlines, and permissions in one place. They are not active in this review release.

Proposed participation model

Advertising plus verification—with the commercial boundary visible.

Payment is required before verification begins, but it never guarantees approval. Trusted status requires successful review, annual re-verification, and continued compliance with ratings and complaint standards.

Tier 1

Advertising application

A proposed paid profile package with identity, category, location, services, and the facts needed to begin review.

Tier 2

Trusted professional profile

Category-specific public-source verification, visible review scope and date, and annual re-verification.

Tier 3

Growth professional or firm

A deeper paid microsite, educational content, demand insights, and ongoing ratings and complaint accountability.

Tier 4

Organization program

Structured advertising, profile, verification, monitoring, and private-network programs with separate agreements.

Built with limits visible

Trust requires restraint.

No outcome guarantees. Verification does not promise quality, fit, availability, or results.

No sensitive public intake. Medical, legal, tax, financial, or other confidential facts do not belong in a general-interest form.

No undisclosed paid placement. Sponsorship, profile subscriptions, or microsites require clear disclosure.

No launch without category review. Regulated professions require profession- and state-specific legal review before public verification begins.

Private review release

The brand foundation is reflected here; public activation is still gated.

Next gates: select the first professions and geography, obtain legal review of advertising and badge language, finalize rating and complaint rules, approve agreements and privacy terms, and then authorize public intake.
